stellar-verse provides educational coaching for IELTS and TOEFL preparation. The service includes scheduled sessions, practice materials, and feedback reports as described in each package.
User responsibilities
Learners agree to provide accurate contact information and to attend scheduled sessions. Missed sessions may be rescheduled based on coach availability.
Payments and refunds
Payments are due before coaching begins. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on session usage and preparation materials delivered.
Limitations
We do not guarantee a specific exam score and do not provide official certification. Coaching is intended to support preparation efforts.
